Forgot password

Forgot your password? No problem. You can easily request a new password yourself from the login page.

• Click the ‘Recover password’ link.

• On the ‘Recover password’ screen, enter your email address and click ‘Send password recovery instructions’.

• You then receive an email with a link to set a new password. Click the link in the email.
• Type your new password. Note: the password must consist of:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 digit
  • At least 1 special character, such as $ # @ !
• Type the password again. By checking that both passwords are the same, we prevent typos.
